Very nice Hotel with perfect location. Rooms are quiet reasonable and very clean. Bathroom is very nice and clean. Breakfast is Superb. Staffs of restaurant are very good.

Wir hatten Glück mit einem Zimmer upgrade und haben ein Zimmer im 7. Stock erhalten. Das Zimmer hatte zusätzlich einen kleinen Vorraum mit einem Sofa und einem phantastischen freien Blick auf den Bosporus. Dieses Zimmer würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

nitially there was some issue related to room type but it was resolved once it is brought to the notice of the Hotel Manager Mr Mustafa who was very helpfull and caring,i recomend this hotel can be tried during your stay at Istanbul especially if you want

This Taksim Square hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Few staff speak English but otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was quite good. We stayed in a Bosphorus view room with a small balcony and I highly recommend doing that-
